Embroidered romper

American Eagle size S black off the shoulder romper with embroidery. It is long sleeved with a slit down each arm There is elastic around the top and waist, along with with a tie belt around the waist. The sleeves also have little tie around the ends with small tassels. Also great as a bathing suit cover-up!
