navy background with burgundy, dark olive, khaki, gray large floral print and gold trim at front hem and front bib. Thin fabric - no fabric content on tags but I'd guess cotton - you can see in last photo with sun shining directly through how lightweight it is. no size listed on tag but fits a small or medium. 18.5" across under arms 23" across bottom hem 36" shoulder to hem approx 20" across hips
