Embroidered collar

GUC There is some very faint discoloration mostly on the inside but this has not been worn and otherwise perfect and amazing I’m too afraid to try and clean it but I bet a stain pen will clear it but it’s also not very noticeable imo LOVE This piece but I forgot about it and it needs a new home. It’s several years old and I believe was from Neimans but there is no tag Has been stored in a small dust bag no odors I have never seen anything like it before Pls see measurements Cotton crisp white part and idk what the embroidery is it’s got tinsel shimmer and definitely durable not super fragile or loose or easy to fray
