Pretty, black peasant blouse by CeCe with a versatile elastic neckline that can be worn on or off the shoulders to switch up your style. Has a sheer flutter sleeve if worn on the shoulders. Material is 100 percent polyester and is a lightweight, sheer crinkle fabric with beautiful embroidery along the front and back. There’s a lining I showed in the pics which is also sheer so another layer may be needed if desired. The style is slip-on and straight down, not fitted. Very gently loved, worn only once, and is hand wash only and line dry according to the tags. Lying flat it measures approximately 22 inches armpit to armpit, 26 inches shoulder to hem, and neckline extends to 18 inches if worn off the shoulder.
