Hand Embroidered or machine?? I cannot tell. Linen, Cardinals Flowers Fringed Looks to be vintage, and a lot of hardwork and effort, it isnt perfect but beauty is in the eye of the beholder as they say. Upon close inspection the pattern marks in places are still visible up close would be lovely to display in a vintage decor, or bird lovers collection Approx 22" x 18"
