Embroidered Cotton Mini Dress w/Tassels

I got this in a hand me down bag from a neighbor and when I pulled it out I thought I’d finally come across my first Johnny Was 😱 It’s not but wow is it gorgeous with that exact same handmade boho vibe you’re looking for, especially now that the weather is getting warm. Made in Hong Kong, this piece is perfect with faded flares and nude platforms, just stack on the bangles and grab a straw tote—instant outfit! It could also be a swim cover-up or, for those less daring, a tunic. It has POCKETS Y’ALL 🖤 Measurements and materials in photos. No size tag but I’m calling it a medium. Double layer of 100% cotton muslin is light but not see-through. There is some slight unevenness to the color of the fabric but I don’t think it’s staining-possibly from production? NOTE: the fringe really was beyond help and was taking away from the overall look. So, I cut it down to chubby little tassels (see last photo) and now it’s fresh and adorable.
