Embroidered Boho Tunic Size Small Navy

PMTC-0265 This is a beautiful and comfortable tunic from Forever 21 that looks great with jeans or stretch pants. It has intricate embroidery work at the collar and laces closed. EUC. The fabric tag is missing, but it feels like it may be a 100% rayon. But, I am not 100% sure. Tagged size small. Measurements taken my car and it was laying flat and then doubled. All measurements are approximate. Bust 35" around, Waist 36" around, Hips 41" around, Length from edge of shoulder to hem 29.5"
