Black felt boater hat with a flat crown and wide brim. It does not have a band yet. The underside of the brim is embossed with The moon phases. moth and the all-seeing eye. Crown circumference is 23 1/2" It is 3 3/4" deep and the brim is 3 3/4" wide. No marks or tags. I have no idea of the fiber content or the artist that did the embossing,
