The Emberá-Chamí are indigenous people from Colombia. Chamí means “mountain range” and Emberá signifies “people”, they are “The People of the (mountain) Range”.
As part of their traditional attire, the Emberá manufacture handcrafted necklaces with small color glass beads, every piece tells a story and talks about the relationship with Nature and its Cosmology.
