Embellished heart ornament from Diana: A Celebration exhibit

Very rare heart ornament from Diana: A Celebration exhibit. The exhibit, produced by Althorp House (Diana’s childhood home), visited the Cincinnati Museum Center in 2014 and featured Diana’s wedding dress, gowns, shoes, and more. This embellished fabric ornament is similar to the wedding shoe ornament from Althorp. Ivory fabric and pearl beads, silver thread and beads. Hangs by silver twisted cord. New in box. Measures 3" x 3" with 3" cord. The card enclosed reads: “This gift has been designed exclusively for Althorp and selected by Earl Spencer. Althorp has been home to the Spencer family for nineteen generations and more than five hundred years and is the ancestral home of Diana, Princess of Wales.
