marnielynn831@uniquepro so what does this mean? Why should I be out the money I paid for a product that was defective. I realize the deal was done but at this point what can you do for me? It’s not fair that I paid shipping costs including $15 for a product that was completely dried up.

uniquepro@marnielynn831. I already explained to them that I agree to refund you in full because of a defective item. I think they were trying to say they are working with you to refund your money. I understand the frustration, I wish there was a phone number to talk to a Poshmark reps. Please update me. Sorry for the inconvenience!

marnielynn831@uniquepro honestly I don’t think they are going to do it. I got an email that stated that funds had been released... 😢 let’s just see how it plays out. I appreciate that you are trying.. I really do. I just don’t want to be out the money that I spent. I wish there was something a little more simple in place for thebuyer and seller when something like this happens.

marnielynn831@uniquepro no they WILL NOT REFUND IT 😥. they state that you don’t even have a say to refund the money. I explained that you didn’t sell a used product but rather your wholesaler sold you a defective item. I think that the problem is because when it arrived it was sealed and I accepted it, I didn’t break the deal for over week and so I had no idea it was no good until way past the acceptance date..
