nadiapetunia I looked over the receipt and I figured out what happened. Recently I sold a charm to someone and I used their shipping label and sent it to them. I looked at the receipt and it said I sent it to a place that was not your address. I am very sorry I know you were really excited to get that charm but please cancel that order😪 sad that I lost a charm over a dumb mistake. Thank you for your interest anyways.

kayleehallmcgee @nadiapetunia it's still not making any sense to me when you shouldn't be needing to look at a receipt. You don't get a receipt when you just drop off a package at the post office and don't pay for anything. And if you sent it to someone else, that person really didn't have the curtousy to say so?

kayleehallmcgee And if you accidentally reprinted the same label thinking it was for the dangle, than when you took it to the post office it wouldn't have scanned through because you already used that label. Especially if you say you have some sort of receipt, if that's the case than they really would have seen you've used that same label twice

nadiapetunia I did get a receipt please do not tell me I didn't. You really do not need to be the one angry here. You can get your money refunded by canceling your order but I lost the charm in the mail and am losing money. I would like to say some people would have the curtesy to give back a charm that was accidentally given to them in the mail, but some people do not and will not pass up a free Pandora charm.

kayleehallmcgee @nadiapetunia and again, if you know where the "packages" went. Why not ask if they would be so kind to send back what they didn't buy. Uhh because you're a liar and didn't even send it. Not sure why you can't just tell me the truth and say you don't know where it is or whatever it may be but don't act like I'm stupid and show me a receipt from the 21 when I didn't even buy until the 22nd
