Eloquii size 22 dress. Colorful and cute!

This dress is very fun. It has a gather and a keyhole opening in the front that exposes a bit of cleavage (if you want), puffy, elbow length sleeves with an all over Hawaiian print feel. It hits just at the knee! Too cute to pass up.
