Eloquii Pullover Floral Dress with Tie Size 18/20

This is a very pretty dress and is in excellent condition! It has long sle with elas around the bottom. There is an attached tie, which can be used in the front or the back. It is soft & has good stretch to it. The sewi on the brand tag with the size is off on one side, but does not affect the wear. Armpit to armpit is 28 inches, waist is 24 inches and length is 46 inches.
