Eloquii Puff sleeve plus size dress

Cute, short plus size, yellow dress with pomegranate print with elastic scrunch bust. Can be worn over the shoulder for puffy sleeve look, but can also be styled off the shoulder. Had black stains, unsure if possible to remove.
