I believe a size 3 is a size Large in this brand but please check the measurements for size. The blouse has a wide trapeze hem and it has a tie front pocket flap detail. It is made of a sheer lightweight fabric. It has a small stain on front, greyish stain on back and oval darkened area on back. It has been dry cleaned but the stains did not come out.
