100% polyester with no give but the back elastic I found it to be a small 28 more appropriate for a size 26 Worn twice Side splits go up 12.25" up leg giving movement to pants Inseam 31" Waistband with no stretch from back elastic gives waist of 50" Black with cherry blossom flowers in white They are shiny and very work appropriate Can be dressed up or down Goes well with an Asian collar or just a plain sweater Not very wide=legged, but straight and slimming
