This is a reproduction Ellis Island Museum food concessioner dinner plate.
The original plates were used by the food concessionaire Harry Balfe (H.B.) at Ellis Island from 1905 to 1908.
The plate features a center view of the Ellis Island immigration station that opened in 1900.
