What's your numerical size usually? Will this fit a 4-6?

I am roughly 115lb, 5'3" and usually wear 4/6 in dresses-I usually go between size small-medium depending on the dress. It was too big for me at the top so the alterations place took it in but I don't think they actually cut any fabric off-I am pretty sure if you take it somewhere they can undo it.
