Ellen Tracy 100% LINEN striped sleeveless half button down drawstring waist top. Pretty muted color vertical stripes in nude, pink, red, blues. Shiny gold buttons and logo plate, thick elastic waistband in back. Such a beautiful quality piece! Worn once and laundered with no flaws to note but it does have the nubby texture that is a characteristic of linen (see last pic). See pics for measurements.
