Elle heels

Black Elle runway heels, a limited edition collection from kohl’s. I only wore these once for a wedding and they can be better appreciated by someone else. They feature a large bow on the outside edge of each shoe and the bottom part is a “cowhide” material. It has hairlike fibers and is most likely cowhide, just my educated guess.
