Off the shoulder top by Elle. Multicolored blue, white, and black stripes. Very comfortable! Size XS. Scalloped hem and sleeves. 97% polyester, 3% spandex. Machine wash tumble dry low. Brand new without tags. Never worn. Would pair great with the white tori capris in my closet! Shown with the navy blue Tommy Hilfiger shorts also available in my closet.
