Red and White Ethnic patterned Lightweight Blouse. Wear over a bathing suit or a tank top. Or feeling really edgy just a bra. It is sheer but not naked sheer. In New England we layer a lot so I sometimes wore it over a white long sleeve shirt just to add some interest to a cold day outfit.
