Elle Blue, White, and Black Patterned Dress XL (altered) midi length with pocket

Chic Elle dress with blue patterns. 19.5” pit to pit and 45” shoulder to bottom hem. The bottom hem looks like it may have been taken up and the top has been taken in about 2” on each side. If you took this threads out, pit to pit would be about 23.5”. There is a tiny subtle stain on the left shoulder. Still has hanging ribbons. Has one pocket on the right hip.
