@melissa0328 so sorry it took so long for me to reply I was out of town the dress is very giving around the chest you can tie the back as loose or tight. It has elastic section fits under chest empire waist from there to the bottom is about 39-40 in hope this helps its very comfortable for summer very soft fabric🥰
