Elizabeth and James Strapless Stripe Dress

This dress gets so many compliments! Rarely wear it, so time for a new home. Very comfortable and super flattering, this dress is fully strapless — used to have straps but not anymore, although the top has a rubber strip to keep it in place. Lined, mid-thigh length with a wrapped skirt. Thin belt loop too, can add your own but also not obvious without one. A few small marks on the inside (see pics) but otherwise very good condition :)
