Elizabeth and James silk party dress. Love this dark olive color :) Beautiful puffy relaxed sleeves and cinched waist. Size Medium but fits small oversized nicely too. It has hook eye closure at the bust. No stains or marks on this pretty piece. There are loops for belt placement they can be snipped if you don’t need them!
