This gorgeous flowing dress has cut away shoulders and measures 19” PTP. It measures 44” from the shoulder seam to the bottom. It has an invisible back zipper. It gradually flares out to the bottom hem creating a flow with movement. It has an A-line seam on each side and an off-center seam in the bodice on the right side creating an interesting detail.
