Hi, can you provide the measurement from top to waist AND measurement from waist to hem? Noticed it's an 8 petite and I have a long torso and wear a regular size 8 in Eliza J maxi dresses. Thanks

@raisa5350 its 13” from the top to the bottom of the blue band around the waist and then 43” from there to the bottom of the dress.
