Eliza J Floral Tie Waist Dress

Eliza J floral faux wrap tie waist dress with quarter length sleeves. Size 12, stretchy. Worn for one event and still in great condition. Note that a very tiny section of stitching is loose where the faux wrap meets the waist. See photo. This doesn't effect use of the garment but could be easily fixed.
