Eliza Cate size 5 pastel dress

Eliza Cate and Co. girls size 5 pastel dress. This is play condition due to alterations. I bought this dress from Eliza Cate as a “seconds sale”. It was too wide on the top. I altered the dress so it’s wearable. It does pucker where the top meets the skirt on sides (see last pic). This dress is gorgeous otherwise! Worn twice, twirly and pretty. Smocked top, ruffles, lace. No stains. no dryer use. Vibrant tiered dress featuring ruffle straps and a smocked bodice. Multicolored checkered pattern with floral accents.
