Elixe Boutique Ruffle Top

I bought this in size medium, but it fits like a SMALL. It's never been worn and it is brand new, but didn't come with tags. I'd keep it if it would fit me! On that note, sorry but I cannot model it. Perfect for spring and summer. Light and airy. Smoke free home :)
