These shorts by Elite Jeans are a pull on style with smocked elastic around the waist and ties in the front. Shorts have side pockets with a rhinestone stud detail and detailed stitching on the back of waist. Fabric is a lightweight chambray denim in light blue. Legs are a balloon/bloomer style and have elastic around the cuffs. Elastic around cuffs is slightly twisted (may be able to adjust), elastic around the waist is a little worn out but still works.
