Size IT 40 US S will fit M as well at it fits up to 40 “ breast size.the coat is tweed and transparent. The pvc plastic part that’s water proof has a fog like stains from the rain, I’m sure it can be cleaned, it can be hand wash per instruction on the label then should come out the coat knit underneath is new Similar to Burberry rain coat!
