Elie Tahari Black Gusseted Full Skirt

This is a very special skirt. Gussets all around create a flippy hem. All over is top stitching, so pretty. Fully lined. The lining has a layer of net to make the skirt fluff out more . The hem is finished with lace and sheer fabric. Size 6 measures 30 at waist, 38 at hips, 25 long from waistband to hem. Lovely and unique.
