This gorgeous skirt is made of a soft, supple leather and has a lot of detail. It has a grosgrain waistband in the front of the skirt and continues around the back in leather with a stylish cutout detail at the waist. The back hem has an asymmetrical detail with a hidden zipper to open/close the zippered vent, and is fully lined. In excellent preowned condition, no signs of wear.

boognme @closetloop Hello, the waist measures 17 in., side zipper, which I didn’t mention in the listing, and 20 1/2 from top of waistline to the bottom of the hem in the front, since it dips down in the back! I wear size 8 and 10, depending on the brand. I just tried it on, remembering that it lays comfortably on my hip, just below my navel, since I’m not a true size 12. I liked the way it fit me, which is why I bought the size 12. Hope I’ve answered you’re concerns.
