Elie Tahari 1990's black eyelet skirt. Fitted to upper hips with a full skirt with inverted box pleats. Lined until about an inch or two from the bottom - then unlined to show design of the eyelet (see pictures). Side hidden zipper with hook and eye closure at waist. In excellent used condition.
