Elgin American 1950s silver and gold compact with large Daisy pattern

Elgin American 1950s silver and gold compact with large Daisy pattern on the top. Outside of compact has clear signs of wear including tarnish and scrapes. Inside is in excellent condition, appears almost unused. Buffing pad inside is splitting, but does not appear to have been used, although it shows signs of discoloration.
