This hardcover book is in acceptable condition. The cover has a couple of puncture marks on the cover, see photo, it isn't super noticeable. The inside first page has some white marks on the red page, see 3rd photo. There are no pen marks on the inside pages. The last page was inscribed with the last families Elf adoption information. I did 'white it out', see photos. You can easily use a Sharpie to fill in your families information. This book will be vintage this year. Smoke free home.
