It has an emerald green rhinestone eye and is accented with clear pave' set rhinestones. The brooch measures approximately 1.45" high x 1.78" wide x .46" deep. There are no markings to indicate a brand. It has a rollover c-clasp fastener on the back. It is in good vintage condition and very unique with lots of sparkle!
