Elenco Snap Rover kit - no remote -works

Elenco Snap Rover kit Rover has 4 wheels and visible moving gears on the sides. Includes all parts except for remote control and 1 of the wires. One area of the wheel cover is broken off over back tire. Manual can be downloaded with experiments. Many still work without the remote control.
