Elena Baldi - silk and lace tunic

EUC Black Dreamy silk and lace long sleeved tunic. Stretchy gathered art deco lace design with a rounded neck. Silk sleeves with elastic hem. Separate lace around waist followed by silk bottom panel. The size says a 2X - and while It is very stretchy in the upper portion the bottom half is not stretchy and limited by the silk attached to the lining (bubble hem?)
