This top is strapless with a tie on left side to cinch the bottom and make the bottom ruffle. Has built in bra. Color brown with a cream/tan color for the writing and some bling around the the words. There is no tag with the fabric or care details but it is cotton.

ajlangley @katiecat11 good evening! I am a size 36DD and wear a size 10. The top fits me just a bit too tight in the bust area so I would think it would fit a 36c.
