elliebelly324 @kirangrewal575 hi yes! I’ll try to get the measurements for you this weekend but I’m 32c/d and it fit/was still roomy so could size up or down. It’s just a zipper back with plain blue. I’m also not sure by what you mean about laces and border but no lace underneath
