Elegant black sequin tube top - Made in the USA - most likely a size small

Both top and bottom elastic bands (approx. 2.5” wide) look the same. They measure 12” flat but easily stretch to 16”. The middle is more relaxed and measures approx. 17” flat. Sequins are top to bottom and all the way around. Please review photos of front, back and reverse side. Let me know if you have any questions.
