Elegant White Pearl-Embellished Heels

I had Purchased these heels for a second change shoe but didn’t end up wearing them. I had bought them hand made off Etsy from a lady based out of Greece. The heels are very good quality. I had originally purchased them for $165 and I tried to return them for a refund but the shipping ended being double the cost of the shoes so I have kept them. I’m willing to negotiate price but I am hoping for a reasonable price for the heels since they are hand made from Greece and not worn!
