Elegant Vintage White and Black Ruched Dress

This elegant and fun dress features a stunning white ruched design with a contrasting black hem. The “cape” feature can be worn in front or back, to your liking: it is fully sewn on both sides so it’s designed to be versatile. Perfect for cosplay, Halloween, or a unique semi-formal attire dress. This vintage garment is 100% polyester with a LOT of stretch in it. It’s listed at size 18, but this is a vintage piece and I think it’s closer to a modern 12/14. Still could be worn larger or smaller since the ruching and stretch is size flexible. Tea length/midi length Great vintage condition, may have some signs of wear but nothing noticeable.
