Elegant Vintage Floral Green Maxi Dress with Lace Trim, Sweet Collar & Bow

I ordered this elegant vintage green and pink floral maxi dress with a sweet collar from England, and it very sadly doesn’t fit. I didn't wear it and am simply trying to recuperate my expenses. My sense is it would be best for a lithe, petite frame—I’m 5’5”/32D and the sleeves are too short. It is a stunning garment that’s perfect for autumn with an excellent condition zipper.
