This elegant Victorian inspired tophat features a striking combination of black and red, adorned with luxurious feathers and a delicate flower accent. Perfect for adding a touch of Gibson girl vibes for formal events or costumes. I use to wear it to the Charles Dickens Victorian Festival in San Francisco when I went to it in the past. It is ideal for a Victorian event, or even for Halloween- steampunk, vampire, etc. Hat is in excellent condition but may have a few cat hairs on it.
