Elegant Still Life Framed Art with Rich Colors signed Pannicny or Panniciy

Beautiful rich-colored still life signed painting. Believed to be imported in the mid -20th century. These were hand-painted oils , but typically produced by the decorative art market rather than art galleries. They were sold in furniture stores and auctions. Excellent condition but does have a small nick in the wood on the bottom right of the frame. Please refer to my photos.
